1. Acceptance

By using ScrapeLane, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ScrapeLane provides a no-code workflow automation platform for connecting APIs, scraping websites, and transforming data.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not use the service for illegal activities
• You must not scrape websites in violation of their terms of service
• You must not use the service to send spam or conduct DDoS attacks

4. Marketplace

When publishing workflows to the marketplace, you grant ScrapeLane a non-exclusive license to display and distribute the workflow. You retain ownership of your workflow definitions.

5. Pricing & Billing

Free tier usage is subject to the limits described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Mollie (Amsterdam, NL). Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and honour the German 14-day Widerrufsrecht for B2C subscriptions.

6. Data & Privacy

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We store all data in the EU (Germany).

7. Limitation of Liability

ScrapeLane is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from use of the service.
